As of Jan 5th I started back on the healthy eating and trying to stick my daily calorie in take that would allow me to loose weight with health actives like walking and cycling (when I get the time and better weather).
On the Jan 4th I was 89.55kg and that is heaviest I have ever seen myself. Like all typical males we carry it like a spare tyre and/or donut as they call it.
I’ve been doing pretty good so far and seeing some modest improvements. It’s not easy, but helps when my wife also won’t go eating the foods I can’t have. So it helps a lot.
My wife bought me the FitBit Flex to give it a try and to see if it can promote additional motivation, which I think it will.
I walked from Central Station to the office near Circular Quay last week, just cause I had the time and thought the walk would be good to burn some calories. So now I have the FitBit Flex, I will be able to see how many steps those sorts of walks will generate.
I’ll be sure to post every so often how I am doing including a weight figure so you can see how I am tracking.
