My wife and kids attended the Green Eggs and Ham breakfast, which is new thing for Carnival and has been first rolled out to Carnival Legend cruise ship.
Below is a few pictures of the food from the menu for this event.
Unfortunately my wife tells me that eating them for her was near impossible and after several bites had to get something normal. Believe she was referring to the Green Eggs and Ham.
Thought I’d do a follow up post on our Intel NUC (Model: DN2820FYKH).
The little machine is running fine and has only had one software crash since we started to use it. It is turned on 24/7 and gets used everyday. At the moment it has an uptime of 44days or so.
Still very impressed by the machine in day to day use. It does exactly what we need it to do with minimal footprint on a desktop.
Would certainly buy one of them again. Really do want an i3 or i5 based model some day.
I sat down last night with the parts and managed to change out all the parts that required.
The rear diff would have to be the most difficult part of the job, as I couldn’t remove some screws that holds the motor plate from below the car. I suspect if these need to be removed sometime, I will need to drill them and replace them.
I also noticed previously some of the c-clips that hold the pin for the front and rear carriers had dropped off. I ordered the only c-clips you could get and these are too big. I noticed during work last night that a larger c-clip sits on the drive shaft just behind the slipper clutch. So the ones I got would be for that.
Can’t see any spare for smaller c-clips that I require, so will need to do some more research.
Truck can run, we will just need to monitor that the pins don’t drop out.
This repair took me 3 hours, and I also noticed that the rear shock tower broke on lower section when we screwed bottom right screw back in, so this will need repair soon enough.
Now my son has his truck to use again.
The HobbyKing Spare Parts Order I made in the last 2-3 weeks arrived. Now I will be able to do the pending repairs against my son’s Monster Beetle.
Ordered duplicates across a number of parts, as the spares are very cheap and since I was making order good time to double up on common items that might break again.
Will post additional details on the ordered items in the next few days. Soon as I catalog what I got and what it’s used against.
